Customers upload separate photos of themselves and a loved one who has passed away, and we create a meaningful custom portrait showing them together in a warm embrace.
We strive to keep facial features, expressions, skin tone, hairstyle, and overall likeness as close to the original photos as possible. Because each portrait depends on the quality, angle, and clarity of the photos provided, some images may require restoration before the final portrait can be completed. If there is an issue with photo quality, likeness, restoration needs, or final design possibilities, the customer will be contacted for further discussion before moving forward.

Important Photo Quality Notice:
Please upload the clearest photos available. Front-facing, well-lit photos work best. We will make every effort to preserve the original features and likeness of your loved one as closely as possible. If a photo is blurry, damaged, very small, or difficult to match, restoration may be needed for an additional fee.

No Refunds: Because each portrait is custom-created and personalized from submitted photographs, all orders require design time and creative labor once work begins. Due to the custom nature of the service, deposits and completed digital design work are non-refundable once the portrait creation process has started.
