“Because Love Never Leaves Us”
This is an exclusive Hurlaine & Jam Gift Collectibles memorial portrait service designed to help families preserve love, remembrance, and connection.
Customers upload separate photos of themselves and a loved one who has passed away, and we create a meaningful custom portrait showing them together in a warm embrace.
We strive to keep facial features, expressions, skin tone, hairstyle, and overall likeness as close to the original photos as possible. Because each portrait depends on the quality, angle, and clarity of the photos provided, some images may require restoration before the final portrait can be completed. If there is an issue with photo quality, likeness, restoration needs, or final design possibilities, the customer will be contacted for further discussion before moving forward.

Important Photo Quality Notice:
Please upload a clear, front-facing, well-lit photo of each person. The face must be fully visible and not blurry, heavily shadowed, cropped, or obstructed. Clear photos are required so we can preserve facial features and likeness as accurately as possible. If a submitted photo is too small, damaged, blurry, or difficult to match, we may contact you for a replacement photo or discuss restoration options before work begins.

Processing Time:Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Processing time begins once all required order information and usable photos have been received. If a replacement photo or additional information is needed, processing time will begin once those items are received.

No Refunds: Because each portrait is custom-created and personalized from submitted photographs, all orders require design time and creative labor once work begins. Due to the custom nature of the service, deposits and completed digital design work are non-refundable once the portrait creation process has started.
